We design and manufacture display stands from scratch — sized to your product, branded to your guidelines, engineered for the retail environment they’ll live in. Every project we run goes through the same five-step process. No surprises. No mid-build cost creep.
The five-step custom process

Concept Brief
We start with a meeting — in our Benoni showroom, on a video call, or on-site at your office. We need the product, the retail channel, target footprint, expected volume, brand guidelines, and budget envelope. The more honest the brief, the sharper the result.

3D Design & Rendering
Our in-house design team converts the brief into a CAD render. You see exactly what the unit will look like — angles, branded panels, dimensions, material callouts — before anything is cut, welded, or printed. We don't move forward until you sign off.

Prototype
For larger runs, we manufacture a single working prototype. Put it in a real store, fill it with real product, see how it merchandises. Engineering and branding tweaks happen here, where they're cheap.

Production
Sign-off triggers full production. Steel cutting, welding, powder coating, printing, assembly — all in-house at one facility. Every unit is QR-tracked through manufacturing so we can trace any display back through its production run.

Delivery & Installation
Units leave wrapped, boxed, and packed with installation components. Local deliveries across SA, regional shipping into sub-Saharan Africa, and international export. Where the project requires it, we install on-site.

Custom doesn’t mean we build one weird thing once. It means the engineering, branding, and material specification all start from your product — not from a stock template that’s been done before. Examples we’ve delivered:
