The flexibility to print directly onto the unit’s actual substrate — acrylic, foam board, magnetic, vinyl — instead of laminating a decal over the top is what separates a five-year fixture finish from a six-month one.

Delta Instore runs UV printing in-house, alongside the manufacturing line. That means tighter colour matching to brand guidelines, faster lead times — no third-party print supplier in the chain — and the ability to re-run a single panel without re-tooling the whole job.

UV

UV Printing

Direct UV-cured ink on flat substrates. Vibrant, abrasion-resistant, full CMYK + spot white. Best for headers, branded panels, signage.

R - UV

Reverse UV Printing

Printed on the back face of clear acrylic or PVC, viewed through the front. Glass-like premium finish, protected from scuffing. Heavy use in cosmetics, pharma, luxury beverage.

SCR

Screen Printing

Best for high-volume runs of solid spot colours where ink durability and edge crispness matter more than photographic detail.

MAG

Magnetic Decal Printing

Printed magnetic sheets that swap out cleanly when a campaign rotates — same unit, refreshed brand, no re-stickering.

Substrates we print on

Finish options

Standard gloss, matte, and satin finishes across most substrates. Luxury matte finishes on smooth substrates (acrylic, PVC) for premium positioning — pharma, cosmetics, premium beverages. White-ink underbase for bright colour reproduction on dark or transparent substrates.

File formats & artwork

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPG. Supply at print-resolution (300dpi at final size) with a 3mm bleed on all sides. Pantone references are matched to the closest UV equivalent unless a specific spot-colour run is briefed.

Lead time

Print-only jobs run in 7–10 working days. Print-and-display jobs follow the standard manufacturing lead time of 17–20 working days. Rush options on application.
