A tradeshow stand has roughly four seconds to make a visitor turn their head. Then it has to hold its own against eighty other stands trying to do the same — for two, three, sometimes five days running.
Delta Instore designs and manufactures custom tradeshow stands engineered for South African expo venues: modular for transport, sturdy enough for a five-day deployment, branded edge-to-edge, and fast to assemble on the morning of day one.
What we build
- Modular concept stands — 3×3m, 6×3m, 6×6m, custom footprints up to full island stands.
- Branded back-walls and headers — UV-printed graphics on PVC, foam board, or fabric.
- Integrated product display — shelves, mannequins, sampling counters, demo bars, screens.
- Storage and prep zones built into the stand footprint.
- Lighting recesses and power channelling for screens, demo product, and uplights.

Built for South African venues
We’ve built stands for activations at the Sandton Convention Centre, Gallagher Convention Centre (Midrand), CTICC (Cape Town), Durban ICC, and the Ticketpro Dome. Every venue has its own loading-dock dimensions, height clearances, and rigging rules — our designs account for them upfront so your stand doesn’t get rejected by the venue’s H&S sign-off the day before.
